Amir Abdelzahir

Amir Abdelzaher is a senior treasury and finance executive with more than 22 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, banking relationships, and funding optimization. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured and managed treasury operations across complex, multi-company groups.

His professional experience spans real estate, industrial development, non-banking financial Institutions, telecommunications, and nonprofit organizations. He has held senior treasury positions at leading organizations, including Mountain View, El Sewedy Industrial Development, Al Ahly Leasing, Al Tawfik Leasing, the American University in Cairo, Raya, Itisalat International (I2) and MENATEL( Frans Telecom Subsidiary).

Amir specializes in liquidity and cash-flow management, financing and capital-structure optimization, banking negotiations, foreign-exchange risk management, financial planning, and treasury transformation.
