Ahmed Haroon

A seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience across financial services, leasing, factoring, real estate finance, and external audit. He currently serves as Finance Director at TFC Finance, where he oversees financial reporting, budgeting, financial controls, regulatory reporting, treasury, taxation, and financial analysis across the company’s leasing and factoring activities.

Prior to joining TFC Finance, he held senior accounting roles at Amlak Finance Egypt, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, banking reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and financial operations. He began his career at KPMG Hazem Hassan, where he developed a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting while working with a diverse portfolio of companies.

His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, IFRS-based financial reporting, ECL and provisioning, treasury and funding, taxation, securitization portfolios, regulatory compliance, and internal financial controls. He brings a strong combination of technical accounting expertise, financial discipline, and deep knowledge of Egypt’s non-banking financial services sector.
