Dr. Ingy Rasekh is a leading legal professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
She is the Managing Partner of MENA Associates – AMERELLER Legal Consultants in Egypt and advises leading international and regional companies on complex corporate transactions, investments, joint ventures, restructuring, and major industrial projects.
Dr. Rasekh is recognized by Chambers Global as a Leading Individual in Corporate/M&A and by The Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer for Corporate and Commercial and M&A.
She serves on the boards of prominent business organizations, including the British Egyptian Business Association and the Japanese Egyptian Business Association.
She holds a Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and is fluent in Arabic, English, and German.
